　　岗位职责：

　　The Supplier quality engineer is actively involved in all supplier quality activities from supplier selection, supplier development through on-going performance monitoring:

　　He/she is an active member in the supplier selection and business award decision

　　He/she is responsible to carry out the Quality Assurance activities in the frame of on-going projects in accordance with documented Power train guidelines and instruction

　　He/she manages portfolio of suppliers as assigned by SQA manager

　　He/she is in charge to communicate the quality targets and quality requirements to suppliers and make sure of their respect

　　He/she has the responsibility to manage and challenge the overall quality performance of suppliers delivering any Volvo locations

　　For parts in production, he/she is responsible to steer supplier improvement and request corrective actions

　　任职资格：

　　Working Year: Minimum 3 years experience in automotive

　　Education: University degree required. Master of Science preferred

　　Personality: mature

　　Know-How :( 1) supply management (2) familiar with APQP / PPAP quality process (3) Knowledge on Power train components (inc. Engine, Transmission, and Axle) and their manufacturing process is preferred

　　Others: Chinese and English language skills compulsory
