　　1 、Component Design and Development 零部件设计及开发

　　Coordinate with styling and other related departments to define the technical scheme and design 3D data for exterior trim parts; communicate with supplier on manufacture feasibility and modify the data according to CAE analysis, and test results and supplier’s feedback in order to provide feasible data for production.

　　与造型及其他相关部门配合，确定技术方案、设计外饰件产品3D数模;与供应商沟通工艺可行性，并根据CAE分析，试验结果以及供应商反馈修改数模以确保提供可用于生产的数据。

　　2、Component Requirement Definition 零部件要求定义

　　Compile the specification book(including dimission,weight, material, performance and test etc.) and BOM (bill of material) etc. for corresponding exterior trim parts within limit of regulations and project targeted requirements in order to complete component description

　　依照相关法规和项目既定要求，为所负责的外饰件产品编写产品描述书(包括尺寸、重量、材料、性能、试验等)明细表(物料清单)等完善对零部件的描述。

　　3、Supplier Management 供应商管理

　　Collect supplier’s development schedule and progress information regarding exterior trim parts, participate regular meeting with supplier to solve the problems occurred in order to ensure the product quality and on-time delivery.

　　收集供应商关于外饰件产品的开发计划及开发进度的相关信息，参加与供应商的定期会议来解决出现的问题以确保产品质量和及时供货。

　　4、Reporting / Information Exchange 汇报及信息互通

　　Regular status report to the management; prepare materials for meetings; share and exchange information within department in order to ensure the project proceeds smoothly.

　　定期向领导汇报项目进度，准备会议材料，保持部门内部信息的共享与互通以确保项目的顺利进行。

　　5、Cross-function Work 跨部门工作

　　Support and coordinate with other related department, share technical information, get mutual understanding and alignment in order to ensure the project can be accomplished successfully within the schedule.

　　支援并配合其他相关部门，分享技术信息，获得共同理解并达成共识以确保项目在开发计划内成功完成。
