General description:
Searching for an experienced Head of Real Estate to add to the Administration team that will oversee all property management, maintenance construction/renovation, budget planning, expense review and control, collections and tenant relations of assigned facilities.
With solid competence of facility management the candidate will serve as a support staff member within our Shared Service Administration and reports directly to Head of Administration.
This position requires a candidate with strong leadership for own team of 3-4 persons and all requested suppliers.
Major tasks and responsibilities:
ž Leading Facility Management and heading of 3-4 Admin Specialists for daily operation
ž Managing suppliers for Office & Dormitories maintenance and supervise all repairs
ž Perform weekly, monthly and quarterly QA inspections
ž Manage day to day operations of multiple properties, including 24/7 emergency response
ž Effectively communicate technical and financial information with operational staff
ž Schedule and complete repair/maintenance projects as assigned
ž Analyze monthly and annual budgets and explain variances
ž Provides frequent KPI reports to Management
ž Supporting safety programs (Fire safety, general emergency procedures and use of emergency equipment)
ž Evaluate employee performance, including annual performance reviews
Job Requirements:
ž Construction engineering background and minimum of 5-7 years job experience; preferably in Real Estate and Property Management
ž Very good language skills – especially high level in English and Chinese
ž High Service and “Hands on deck” attitude
ž Self-Starter and Initiative Taker
ž Stress-resistant – strong personality
ž Structured and organized person
ž Basic computer skills
