岗位职责：
Design 
• Represent / execute design engineering interests on new product development projects 
- Design review: participate/lead to troubleshoot of the part –DFMEA – APQP, material’s choice,
• Generate and present design proposals, subsequently managing the project.
- Project management: managing the cost and time constraints of projects 
- Assessing the adequacy of design concepts
- Understand and develop product specification
- Ensure that design specification meet customer’s specification
- Tooling, prototypes purchase specification and order

Production
- Conducting or supporting product development experiments to scale in a laboratory
- Working closely to Production and Process departments
Quality
• Support customer returns evaluation.
- Working closely to Quality department
- Taken appropriate action and change in design

External and internal relationship
Lead the purchasing function on technical items.
- Define technical items needed 
• Manage the business’s relationship with selected key suppliers
-Selecting, managing and working with sub-contractors; 
• Working closely of other departments and colleagues.
任职资格：
Automotive industry standards and working practices (QS9000, ISO 9001:2000, TS16949, ISO 1401),
Manufacturing processes: injection moulding, stamping, machining
Formal analysis techniques (8D, 5Y, PDCA, FTA, 6 Sigma), 
Production and/or assembly process : principles of electrical theory, machine computer control systems, ultrasonic welding of plastics, thermal forming of plastics, automated application of grease and epoxy systems, thick film screen printing, IR curing technology, 
Tolerance analysis, GD&T

SPC
PPAP
APQP
Computer skills: Working knowledge Solidworks or similar.
Microsoft Office
Comfortable using intranet, internet and email as primary information conduits.
