　　Job Description:

　　Reporting to the Head of R&D, and located in Suzhou.

　　The Executive Director of Process?Development leads a team of almost fifty employees who are responsible for processdevelopment (from cell line development, cell culture, purification and formulation development) for a rapidly growing portfolio of Biologics molecules with an ever-growing number of projects in various phases of preclinical and clinical development.

　　This executive will be part of the senior development leadership team working closely with R&D and Commercial, spanning the entire development continuum from discovery through to commercialization.

　　The Executive Director,Process Development will oversee the development of all Biologics processes, directing the development of innovative manufacturing platforms.?

　　Additionally, this executive is expected to drive a culture of continuous improvement while concurrently maintaining the high level of regulatory compliance, quality, safety and customer service.
