　　岗位职责：

　　Responsibilities

　　• You will report to the Head of Engineering, Shanghai and be a key part of the global team.

　　• You will be working on OSL's platform, developing high quality web-based solutions, utilising your PHP and JavaScript knowledge.

　　• You will be joining a small but growing agile development team who are responsible for building the next generation of OSL's internet based technology that will support expansion into many new markets.

　　• You will maintain high (80 %+) levels of automated testing coverage on all projects by adopting a TDD approach.

　　• Where it is deemed necessary you will document API interfaces or code approaches on the development wiki.

　　• You will be required to participate in an agile Scrum process. This means reporting progress in daily standup meetings, participating in sprint planning meetings, retrospectives and product demos.

　　• You may be required to also do some CSS layout of admin interfaces, although this will be based around a CSS framework such as Twitter Bootstrap.

　　Skills & Experience

　　• Computer Science related degree or equivalent work based experience

　　• 3+ years PHP development

　　• 1+ years JavaScript

　　• 1+ years CSS & HTML experience

　　• 1+ years unit & functional test experience

　　• One or more of Symfony, Zend Framework, Cake, Yii, A.N. Other PHP Framework experience
