职位描述:
Senior HR Manaegr- C&B & Operations:
HR Operations covers HRIS, Total Reward, Payroll and Social Benefit related, Expat Management, Labor Cost Management & Office Management etc.
The Responsibility of this position:
• Own the HR Ops Policy & Procedure including defining, communication & cascading, consulting and ensure the compliance, regular update.
• Monitor and participant day-to-day operations to ensure both the service level and cost on-track.
• People Management: Engagement, Coaching & Develop people; manage the performance
• Knowledge management: Connect inside and outside to ensure the update policy / process / resource be available and keep the trend of the market
• Vender Management
• Reporting: Manage report with insight and support business decision
Requirements:
• Education: - Bachelor Degree and above. With major in science/engineering will be a plus.
• Professional Experience: 7+ years relevant working experience in MNC / FMCG; solid HR experience in payroll, HRIS, staffing experience is a plus, experience in HR share service or professional firm will be a plus; union management experience will be a plus
• Management Experience: Solid People Management experience; Leader attitude / "Hands on" / "Communicator" / “Open-minded” / “Positive”
• Language: Fluent English both in Oral and written
• Competency: Communication & cross functional collaboration; - Commercial sense & Analytical skill; - Planning and Prioritizing; - Proactive, problem solving,
