　　PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

　　• Based in Shanghai, focus on Chemicals industry research

　　• Support client studies on remote or on-site basis by articulating, scoping, and prioritizing research work based on business requirements

　　• Work closely with consultants in local client studies as “thought partner” with domain expertise

　　• Analyze relevant information and documents and develop synthesized opinions within tight deadlines, via end products in the form of single exhibits, written summaries, basic fact packs, or spreadsheets

　　• Engage in team problem solving, share evolving business trends and best practices, and contribute to knowledge creation initiatives by leveraging internal and external knowledge sources and networks

　　• Continue to build knowledge on the business technologies domain, and develop China specific insights on these knowledge domains.

　　EXPECTED CREDENTIALS

　　• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both oral and written)

　　• Bachelor and/or master's degree from top universities in chemicals or chemical engineering

　　• 1-2 years work experience in related industries

　　• Solid understanding of economics, financial and general business concepts and terminology

　　• Experience in conducting business or academic research

　　• Comprehensive computer skills including database searching, power point, word processing, spreadsheet analysis and online research

　　• Good people skills, team orientation, and professional
