职位描述:
Major Responsibilities
• Forming the overall marketing strategy for the local mills and supporting the paper division’s marketing activities in China
• Researching and evaluating customer needs and insights, new product opportunities, and demand for potential products
• Working closely with the product development team,production, TCS, financial and etc. to manage the new product development and to shape the go-to-market strategy
• Being able to develop compelling messages for portfolio to be able to engage the targeted customers, including branding and re-branding both the existing products and new products
• Collaborating closely with the sales teams, developing and executing customer events and sales promotional activities
• Developing a superior understanding of assigned markets and product line, including competitor offerings and positioning, and trends
• Providing regularly market intelligence services to the sales management and sales teams

• Superior business sense, problem solving and project management
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into insights & strategies
• Proven leadership capability with the strong sense of ownership and drive for results
• Track record of bringing new products to market and experience with direct end users
• Ability to work in a multi-tasked and aggressive timelines
• 5 years or more in formal marketing experience
• University degree and above
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Knowledge/expertise in paper/printing/converting is preferred
• Readiness to takefrequent travel
