　　• 2+ years of experience in Digital Signal Processing and Communications Engineering. Good understanding of Signal Processing and Wireless Communication fundamentals

　　• Good knowledge & working experience of TD-SCDMA Layer 1/PHY algorithms is a must

　　• Excellent Programming and Debugging experience in C/C++ on Windows/Linux platform

　　• Excellent assembly level programming, debugging and optimization experience on DSP Processors

　　• Good experience in system integration, support & bug fixing activities

　　• Fast learning curve with a high degree of commitment and ownership. Ability to work independently and minimal supervision

　　• Good customer orientation
