1 Work onsite at customer plant to be the key window of quality issues
2 Confirm/verify/make first judgment when getting customer claims
3 Feed back customer claims in 5W2H way promptly, accurately
4. support plant to do containment action to protect plant
5. support plant to verify the effect after improving action is implemented
6. start customer claim solving in 8D way
B Problems escalation
1 Detect high risk problem and communicate with company early
2 Keep smooth communication with customer& good cooperation with customer
C Support for project launch
1 Detect quality problem at project phase and feed back problems/claims in 5W2H way promptly, accurately
2 Support project team to do containment action to protect project.
D Manage resident operators
1 manage resident operators work and survey their working quality
