　　【岗位职责】

　　1. Responsible of electronic and driver design of SSL products, including LED lighting fixtures and lighting sources;

　　负责LED 灯具和光源产品的驱动和电子部分设计;

　　2. According to the new product requirement, select the driver solution, design the circuit schematics and the layout, conduct the testing and qualification of the IC, other related components, the whole driver and the product;

　　根据新产品项目的需求，选取驱动方案，设计驱动电路原理图及布线图，进行驱动IC，外围元器件和整个驱动和产品的电气部分相关测试及确认;

　　3. Follow up the product introduction through EPP, PP and Mass Production. Work with engineering department to solve mechanical related process issues.

　　跟进产品的工程导入，试产和量产，配合工程部解决生产中的相关工艺问题;

　　4. Ensure the design performance, cost and schedule target are fulfilled;

　　确保开发项目达到预设的整体性能，成本和时间目标;

　　5. Benchmark new driver solutions from competition and suppliers;

　　跟踪并评估供应商和竞争对手的新驱动方案等;
