　　Position Title Senior Product Quality Engineer Section Product Quality

　　Job Purpose Describe the primary purpose and function of this job.

　　Handle quality issues arising from products (for assigned product category) from Pudong plant or OEM suppliers and drive improvement activities to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage OEM Supplier and xFriend Partner Quality across the AP region for assigned product category.

　　Key Roles and Responsibilities List the key roles and responsibilities of this job.

　　1. Lead in-house made parts and OEM made parts qualification (ISIR) process.

　　2. Make design related Engineering Change Orders (ECO) preparation for readiness check and give approval to all in-house made and OEM made part/product related ECO.

　　3. Develop new product or design changed product’s quality/reliability test plan (DVP&R) and monitor the test plan implementation to ensure compliance to specified parameters (BIFMA, AFRDI, ES, etc.).

　　4. Create process control plan for in-house made and OEM made part/product.

　　5. Participate in PFMEA creation activities for new product as an expert on the subject of quality.

　　6. Develop manufacturing process inspection instructions (setup inspection, in-process inspection, final audit) for in-house made products.

　　7. Deal with product quality related customer complaint, investigate the root cause and lead improvement activities with cross-function team until improvement actions are completed.

　　8. Develop final audit specification and review OEM supplier technical agreement with Marketing team for OEM product.

　　9. Develop OEM supplier quality agreement and ensure it is signed by both parties.

　　10. Manage OEM process problem statistics and analysis, customer failure analysis, and develop process audit plan to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Communicate quality performance with OEM top management team and follow up with quality improvement activities (FPR, process audit, QMS audit).

　　11. Haworth Manufacturing System tools and other tools training and application guidance for OEM suppliers, to enhance OEM competence in quality, productivity, efficiency and waste elimination.

　　12. Manage xFriend Partner quality-related activities (for e.g. warranty, test-plan, test result validation, etc).

　　13. Participate in annual internal audit as internal auditor to ensure that quality management system effectiveness is up to ISO9001(2008) requirements.
