职位描述:
Position Objective:
Develop new profitable business in the responsible regional market and achieve annual sales target.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Support in developing the sales strategy in the regional market and ensure the full implementation;
2. Identify market needs and provide regular market and competitor analysis reports
3. Work out accurate sales forecast, identify, report and act upon deviations as they may occur
4. Define and manage effective sales channels in particular through distribution networks
5. Develop direct business and establish direct contact with brand owners
6. Maintain good customer relations and continuously improve customer satisfaction
7. Conduct business activities in the most cost effective way
8. Take ownership of all commercial activities including but not limited to quotation, order confirmation, account receivables & credit limit control
9. Strive for higher profitability and continuously explore new profitable business opportunities
Qualification and Requirements
1. 5-6 years of relevant working experience;
2. Strong sales experience in paper market;
3. Distributor sales channel experience;
4. Proactive and willing to take frequent travel;
5. English skill is not a must
6. Based in Beijing

1. Familiar with Fine Paper market in Noth China region;
2. Solid distributor management experience;
3. Good communication skills;
4. Basic oral English skill.
