　　职位描述：

　　1.Establish test plan according to internal and customer specification.

　　2.Organize internal and external resources to implement tests according to test plan.

　　3.Responsible for detail test plan.

　　4.Organize test resource to support quotation and product development.

　　5.Participate in local projects as test engineer and be responsible for all testing related tasks in the project until start of serial production;

　　6.Create professional test report and provide suggestion for optimization of product development.

　　7.Contribute product knowledge to the product development process, Discussion with product engineer for idea exchange to establish model.

　　8. Research on new test methods to fit new product function and request.
