职位描述：
1. Perform failure analysis of products returned from customer and/or service department and/or off-line products. And find out the rootcause of failed products and identify containment and/or corrective actions. 对客户或售后服务部门返回的产品进行失效分析，找出问题的根本原因及识别出短期措施与纠正措施。
2. Write clear and complete FA reports with detailing steps taken. And provide comprehensive technical reports . 编辑清晰而完善的失效分析报告，并且提供综合性的技术报告。
3. Work with cross-functional teams (incl.R&D, Engineering and Quality) to identify potential quality risks based on working experience and technology evaluation during new product introduction phase. 新品导入阶段，与研发，工艺，质量等人员一起基于经验和技术评估识别出潜在质量风险。
4. Develop methods, processes and procedures and equipment that will improve the failure analysis process efficiency and/or reduce failures. 开发新的方法，过程，作业流程及设备工具以提高失效分析效率或降低失效率。
1. More than 6 years of work experience in electronic equipment FA test (with moto experience preferred). 6年以上电子产品失效分析工作经验（有moto经验优先）。
2. Bachelor degree or above, electronic or mechanical, materials related field .本科以上学历，电子或机械，材料相关专业。
3. know well about the smartphone work principle, with failure analysis experience.熟悉手机的工作原理，具备失效分析能力。
4. CET-4 or above, fluent comunication in English. 英语4级以上，能流利使用英语交流。
