职位描述:
Responsibilities:
1. To participate in the definition of turnover and quantities, targets, strategies and plans of actions applicable to his area.
2. To ensure the dynamic implementation of actions and budget so defined.
3. To ensure a sales and technical support to the manufacturers be in charge of, in close co-operation with Production and Group.
4. To attend to quality of customer service, in contact with other services of the company, and proposes any amendment or changes necessary.
5. To develops existing customers portfolio, and actively participate in the definition of their targets, related to the potential they may develop in group products.
6. To looks for new customers, taking into account qualitative and quantitative targets and objectives, and respecting the defined conditions of customers classification.
7. To look for information on local market, evolution of the strategic customers, competition in terms of shares of market, tendencies, needs, price positioning, etc.
8. To maintain updated the customers and prospects database, in terms of attainable potential, results and turnover, structure, etc.
9. To ensure the customers information on any sales or technical actions, and follows up its results,
10. To organise and lead information meetings towards customers, according to identified needs and/or fixed targets.
Requirements:
1. Bechelor dgree and above 5 years relevent working experience.
2. In-depth knowledge and understanding of Electronics technology in relation to market needs.
3. Exellent business development skills and talents.
4. Strong networking and presentation skills.
5. Excellent research and analytical abilities
6. work hard,upbeat personality and good team player
7. Great at interpersonal communication – effective coordinator, excellent Chinese and English verbal and written communication skills
8. Good PC skills(Outlook,Internet,Pack office)
