　　 MCHE design including the system and the structural design to different customers requirements. 根据不同的客户要求提供MCHE产品设计,包括系统及结构设计

　　 Manage the product input and output of customers. 管理客户的设计输入及输出资料

　　 Arrange the performance and reliability test plan. Follow up and analyse the test data.策划样品性能及可靠性实验，跟进并分析测试数据

　　 Optimize and improve the product design.优化并改进产品设计

　　 Work with sales application team to provide the technical support, deal with the product technical problems. 和销售部门一起提供客户技术支持，处理和解决产品的技术问题

　　 Coordinate with the projects management and follow up the process of delivered products. 配合项目管理部门管理并跟踪项目进程

　　 Obtain the application feedback and improve the customer satisfaction.跟踪客户应用反馈，提高客户满意度。

　　Qualifications and Requirements

　　 Master/Bachelor refrigeration educational background and at least 2 years product relevant working experience.具有制冷行业硕士/学士教育背景以及至少2年相关产品工作经验

　　 Familiar with heat exchanger and air-conditioning system simulation analysis software. 熟悉换热器及空调系统模拟分析软件

　　 Familiar with the product structure and processing technology. 熟悉产品结构/加工工艺

　　 Good communication skills and good problem-solving ability. 沟通能力强，有分析和解决问题的能力

　　 Familiar with 3D Pro-e/Inventor design and drawing or other 3D/2D software. 熟练使用Pro-e/Inventor 3D 绘图软件，或其他2D/3D软件

　　 Strong sense of responsibility.责任心强

　　 Sufficient communication skills in English.很好的英文沟通能力
