　　Main Responsibilities:

　　1. Identify, engage and manage database partners and data technology vendor/consultants

　　2. Plan and execute database campaigns

　　3. Acquire and organize economic, industry and customer databases

　　4. Attract target customers to our digital communities and reach milestones on time

　　5. Work closely with other departments to plan and develop technology platforms and systems for a new digital insurance company

　　Requirements:

　　1. 5-8 years’ experience in customer database acquisitionand digital communities with leading insurance or consumer financial institutions (motor insurance sector experiencepreferred), and/orrenown digital research agencies or e-commerce companies

　　2. Experienced, resourceful and hands-on in acquiring customer data

　　3. Solid experience and competence in working with technology team on new product and system development

　　4. Superior business development and communication skills

　　5. Shandong experience and market understandingstrongly preferred; relocation to Shandong required;

　　6. College degree
