岗位职责：
KPI & Objectives to this position

1. On time deliver for all new samples to customer.
2. On time WI releasing to production line.
3. Cable emergency purchase part rate for spare parts for equipment.
4. Cable first time through rate for jig & fixture design.
5. On time cable routing/NRE quotation for all new RFQ.


Main Purpose of Job:

1.0 Responsible for NPI sample, work instruction, equipment maintenance and RFQ routing/NRE quotation.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage the introduction of New Products to the production line; make WI for coming mass production cable products. 
2. Perform Work Measurement and Time studies and develop process improvements to reduce production costs. Continuously improve the manufacturing process.
3. Maintain the routing time data in MRP system
4. Ensure process procedures adhere to the QMS system and ISO 9001 standards (TS16949,TS13485 is preferred)
5. Control the introduction of Engineering change Notes in accordance with Quality Procedures.
6. Implement and develop Preventative Maintenance Programmes for production equipment.
7. Provide Labour & Machines quotations for Sales Department.
8. Design and develop Poka-Yoke device to prevent defect.
9. Support and coordinate, in cable site, for production line trouble shooting.
10. Continue improvement on WI, Poka-Yoke method, equipment management etc.
11. Review all time cable routing/NRE quotation from production engineer for all new cable RFQ.
12. Familiarise themselves with, and confirm to EHS policy, report all accidents, incidents, near misses and damage to their team leader or manager.
13. Support NPI team to provide overall technical support for developing and implementing innovative processes and technologies for cable assembly,
任职资格：
1. Education/Experience/Credentials
· Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering. 
· At least 8 years related working experience in a multi-national manufactory company. Be experienced in production engineering.
· Have good knowledge in Quality system, especially know the quality methods of cable manufacturing and assembly to plan, control and improve.
· Knowledge and experience in implementing lean manufacturing system.
· Be familiar with FEMA, process flow chart, etc. PE skill.
· Be familiar with IPC/WHMA-A-620 wiring harness international spec. be certificated is preferred.
· Working experience in cable assembly industry is must. Be skilled with cable assembly and inspection process and standard, and have the ability to change customer drawing and diagram to sample and manufacturing documents. 
· Project management skill is preferred.
2. Language Ability
· Good English skill of reading, comprehending and writing and speaking.
3. Computer Skills
AutoCAD and computer skill of Microsoft office is required.
4. Physical Demands
· Good healthy.
· Colour Vision: Ability to distinguish red/green, blue, and yellow colour, etc.
