　　岗位职责：

　　- To manage the quality related activities in support of Bosch’s corporate objectives and the site wide quality department objectives.

　　-Ensuring that the plant product quality is continually improving towards the ‘zero defects’ target

　　-The development and improvement of systems which supports the achievement of excellent quality

　　-The coordination of continuous improvement initiatives in the plant

　　-The skills development of Quality Department personnel

　　-The Quality Manager is accountable for quality in the plant.

　　-The Quality Manager is the local champion for quality in the plants which:

　　-Works with other departments to ensure that appropriate product quality standards are met and maintained and improved.

　　-Highlights quality needs through such techniques as data collection / analysis, benchmarking, auditing.

　　-Also helps resolve product, process and systems problems by the used of formalised problem solving techniques.

　　-Maintains quality related documentation to assist in the standardisation and communication of critical process parameters and product characteristics.

　　-With other plant managers, assist in the implementation of continuous improvement teams.

　　-Is responsible for the successful implementation of quality initiatives in the plant.

　　-Acts as the quality interface with the customer, including APQP activities, the evaluation and resolution of warranty problems.

　　- Responsible for pushing safety/ security issues improvement and safety direction/ supervision in QMM team and QMM working area.

　　任职资格：

　　• Degree qualified in mechanical engineering.

　　• Be familiar with Quality authentication system, such as TS16949,QS9000.

　　• Above 8 years experience in Mechanical industry,

　　• Above 5 years experience in Manager level,

　　• Good overall knowledge of manufacturing process primarily CNC machining and including

　　tooling and all kinds of gauge.

　　• Good problem solving ability for mechanical parts.

　　• Ability to supervise and train others.

　　• Be familiar with CPK, PPAP, FEMA, etc.

　　• Fluent communicator in both English and Mandarin in

　　• quality terminology.

　　• Good knowledge of health\environment\ safty, good command of the risk identification

　　ability, comply with health\environment\safety regulation.
