Mission
The Plant Project Manager is responsible to coordinate all activities related to the construction and launch of a green field facility. Is also responsible to coordinate all new projects and provide a successful launch for all new assembly lines and to coordinate all the industrialization that the projects and process might require.
Activities
1. Follow and supervise all activities related to the construction of a green field facility.2. Work together with INERGY Industrial corporate in order to define all new plant specification books.3. Coordinate the construction quoting process and construction company selection.4. Follow up all the construction licenses required by local government regulations.5. Once the construction starts, follow up the detail construction planning in order to be achieve all the milestones.6. Coordinate all the facility project work (structure, electrical, hydraulic, etc) with the construction company or the project company if project work done prior to the quoting process. For all the project definition, the Project manager must request support from Industrial corporate in order to follow up INERGY Standards.7. In case the new facility is constructed in a customer supplier Industrial park, the Project Manager is also responsible for all direct communication with the customer in order to comply with their regulations and specifications.8. Responsible for the budget follow up.9. Responsible for safety committee and safety patrol creation and implementation. Strong safety focus during the construction phase.10. Coordinate the master schedule for the construction and all new projects including layout.11. Coordinate with the local HR department the hiring & training plan. 12. This position might also serve as a plant rep for one or more programs to be launched in the new facility. All plant rep essential function from INPRO will apply if this is the case.13. Coordinate the new machinery installation in plant including ordering spare parts to inventory14. Drive new project launch ppms and downtime to launch targets
