　　职位要求：

　　1、Bachelor degree or above , major mechanical and electronical or relevant;

　　机械、电子或相关专业，本科以上学历

　　2、International company experience is preferred, at least 10 years people management experience

　　跨国公司工作经验优先，至少十年以上人员管理经验

　　3、15 years or above working experience at Quality/Engineering Department

　　十五年以上工程或质量相关工作经验

　　4、Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, well utilization for Minitab or JMP software:

　　绿带或黑带, 熟练运用Minitab或JMP软件

　　5、ISO 9001 and TS16949 internal auditor certification, desired CQM certification by ASQ

　　ISO9001及/或TS16949内审员资格证, 有ASQ的CQM证书者优先

　　6、Practical experience to set up ERP system, and product tracking system and reporting system 有建立ERP相关经验，及产品追踪和报告系统的实践经验

　　7、Has experience for product certification

　　有产品认证(中国CCC, 国际UL, REACH, GP等)相关经验

　　8、Be familiar product life cycle management, has experience for project early involvement

　　熟悉产品生命周期管理以及相关的项目管理经验, 有新产品导入早期介入的经验

　　9、Have through knowledge of quality tools, familiar with GR&R, Statistical knowledge and other quality tools

　　熟练运用各种品质工具和分析工具，如GR&R, Cpk, 计量学等

　　10、Familiar with DFMEA, PFMEA, DFM…

　　熟悉DFMEA, PFMEA, DFM等工具在产品早期的风险分析

　　11、Be familiar with tolerance analysis, can calculate tolerance stack up and make the recommendation

　　岗位职责：

　　1、Lead Quality and Engineering team, develop team capability and promote quality culture

　　带领质量和工程团队发展团队能力并推动质量文化的提升

　　2、In charge of quality management system and perform internal auditor for system compliance

　　负责质量管理体系的推进, 执行内部稽核以保证体系的一致性

　　3、Set up and optimize control plan, perform process audit to drive process improvement

　　建立并优化控制计划, 执行制程稽核并推动制程的持续改进

　　4、Early involvement for new project launch, work with R&D and project team to involve at early stage, drive lesson learn application to prevent the issue re-occur

　　新项目的早期介入, 与研发和项目团队合作在早期将之前项目发生的经验教训实施从而避免同样问题的再次发生

　　5、Take lead for Pilot build and Mass production readiness review and safe launch report, take lead for risk assessment for NPI project and drive open issue for closure

　　新产品试产和量产前的准备工作已经整个过程的管控, 及时释放相关的报告并发布新产品风险评估报告, 推动问题的及时有效解决

　　6、Drive internal R&D and related department to educe field return rate

　　推动内部研发及相关部门共同减低客户退货率

　　7、Drive supplier quality improvement, enhance supplier performance management system and supplier qualification process

　　推动供应商品质改善，加强供应商绩效管理系统及供应商承认流程

　　8、Monitor & manage cost of poor quality, keep tracking for warranty cost/manufacturing scrap cost and drive for improvement

　　追踪并管理综合质量成本, 如客户保修期内退货综合费用管理/产线报废费用管理并推动改进

　　9、Product certification management, e.g UL, REACH, CCC, GP

　　产品认证的管理, 如UL, REACH, CCC, GP等

　　10、Lead 5S and Kaizen, visual management in shop floor, promote self-management and build CIP culture;

　　带领5S及Kaizen, 目视管理在生产现场的推行, 提升自我管理和持续改善的文化

　　11、Factory yield rate top issue analysis, Improve production first pass yield rate and reduce Out of box inspection failure rate

　　产线不良的分析, 提升产线直通率和降低开箱检验不良率

　　12、Establish Six Sigma system, promote continuous improvement process

　　建立6Sigma的系统并推动持续改善的项目和制程

　　13、Implement ERP quality and engineering related sections and set up shop floor information system for product tracking and reporting

　　实施ERP系统质量工程相关模块并建立产品追踪和报告系统
