Primary Purpose of Position本职位主要目的
• To keep all tools and dies in good working order to ensure timely production and quality parts to our customer. 保持所有的模具和工具处于良好的工作状态以确保按时生产并提供合格的产品给客户
• Control all the tooling maintenance cost. 控制模具维修费用
• Manage and supervise tooling maintenance as well as outside contractors. 负责管理和监督模修工及外部供应商。

Major Responsibilities of Position本职位主要职责
1. Housekeeping 内务: 
• Control the cleaning of toolroom area. 控制模修场地整洁
• Maintain safe working environment. 保持安全的工作环境
• Control safety concerns in the toolroom. 控制模修现场的安全问题
2. Preventative Maintenance / Continuous Improvement: Tracking and maintaining preventative maintenance program on production cast and trim tools.
预防性维护/持续改进：跟踪和维护生产压铸和切边模的预防性维护项目
3. Assisting in expenditures: control the tooling maintenance cost within budget weekly.
费用协助：控制每周的模具费用在预算内
4. Tooling Downtime : Control the tooling downtime weekly within target. 控制模具的停机时间在目标内。
5. Tooling maintenance quality: Control the maintenance quality of PM tooling. 控制预防性模具的质量。
Meet the production requirement for cast tooling and trim die on time 压铸模和切边模能准时满足生产部门。
6. Teamwork: Working in conjunction with Product and Quality Engineering, production personnel, tooling maintenance engineer, outside tool services in good communication.
团队工作：与生产，质量工程师，生产人员，模具维修工程师,外部模具供应商能良好的沟通
7. Management and costs control for sleeve, throat plate, connecting rod, clamping plate and clamping plate 
bolts used for die casting. 压铸用料缸、方寸、冲头、连接杆、压板及压板螺丝的管理，费用的控制；
• Graduated from college, major in machine manufacturing. 5-7 years of tooling maintenance experience.
机械制造相关专业大专毕业，5-7年以上的模具维修经验
• General knowledge of metals, alloys, heat treating and manufacturing methods.
有关金属，合金，热加工以及制造方面的基本知识
• Auto parts manufacturing and die casting experience is desired. 最好有汽车零部件制造和压铸方面的经验
• Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
良好的书面和口头交流，团队合作以及人际交往技能
• Management skills are an asset. 具备管理技能
• Understand the related requirements and standards of ISO/TS16949.了解ISO/TS16949质量体系标准相关要求
• Diploma or above in tooling major or relative. 模具或相关大专或以上
