Requirements:
1. University Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or similar
2. At least 5 years work experience
3. Experience with data acquisition systems and DAQ software (DIADEM, LABView)
4. Experience with the measurement of pressure and force
5. MS Office
6. Fluent in English (oral and written)

Responsibilities:
1. Integrate and implement strategies and master projects
2. Deploy and execute functional strategies
3. Support Budget planning, analysis, review and ongoing controlling
4. People Leadership (Target setting & controlling, Dialogue, Feedback and Recognition, Personnel Placement Planning and People Development, etc.)
5. Responsible for production release approval of locally manufactured brake control systems and products (including production relocations) in co-operation and agreement with the responsible Test Department in Europe and/or America
6. Reponsible for the execution Project Specific Type Testing (functional & environmental tests), Serial Endurance Testing and preparation of Test Reports (Type Test Reports according to Customer Requirements) for locally manufactured brake control systems and products in co-operation and agreement with the responsible Test Department in Europe and/or America
7. Creation of series test instructions for locally manufactured brake control systems and products in co-operation and agreement with the responsible Test Department in Europe and/or America
8. Responsible for failure analysis and testing (lab testing and field test campaigns when required) of brake control systems and products to support Customer Complaint investigations
9. Support for other departments and Customers regarding detailed technical questions regarding the intended use of brake control systems and products
10. Condition and overhaul assessment of brake control systems and products in co-operation with After-Market Service Center or at Customer's site when required
