岗位职责：
1.Be responsible for assembly product line technology issues
2.Timely confirmation and preparation of drawings, documents, specifications, WIs, fixtures/tools for new TBU project
3.Manage and optimize the existing WIs, processes, takt time to reduce production cost
4.Technology support for BE product line daily operation and problem-solving
5.Be responsible for maintaining and updating the technical documents and drawing for workshop
6.Lead and participate pilot production for new BE products
7.Lead and participate in PFMEA for BE products
8.Be responsible for technology training and testing for new BE products
9.Coordinate with fixture/tool engineer to collect and optimize proper fixture/tool for BE line
10.Plan and implement actions according to ECO and new requirements
11.Be responsible for onsite standardization work and visual management improvement
任职资格：
1.At least 5 years experience in mechanical assembly
2.Good product drawing interpretation
3.Good at problem analysis and solving
4.Good at IE tools
5.Computer skills and Microsoft Office
