Job description:
1. 进行电机内风路及外风路空气动力学及热传递仿真计算
Simulation and calculation about aerodynamic and heat transfer of internal and external motor’s ventilation.
2. 焊接风扇的结构优化,提高风扇效率,绘制风扇性能曲线
Optimize structure of welded fan, so as to increase the efficiency, draw characteristic curve of fans
3. 空-空,空-水冷却罩冷却能力计算及优化,优化风路,降低风阻
Calculate and optimize the cooling capacity of Air-air, Air-water enclosures, optimize the ventilation, decrease the risistance.
4. 电机内部风路优化
Optimize internal ventilation of motor
5. 电机通风,温升实验验证仿真结果
Test about ventilation and heat run of motor for verifying the simulation results.
Requirements:
1. 空气动力学或流体力学硕士学位或以上,具备空气动力学、热传递、工程热力学专业
Aerodynamics or hydromechanics master degree or above, with course of aerodynamics, heat transfer and engineering thermodynamics.
2. 熟练运用Ansys CFX Workbench进行空气动力学及热仿真,具备充足的经验,熟悉不同材质及其交界边界条件的设定
Skillful use Ansys CFX workbench for aerodynamic and heat transfer simulation, have sufficient experience, familiar with boundary condition of interface of different materials
3. 了解风扇优化设计的方法,曲线绘制的方法,具备实践经验
Familiar with optimization of fans, familiar with method of drawing characteristic curve of fans, have experiences.
4. 熟悉空气流量实验、动压实验、温升实验的过程、方法、实验工具仪器
Familiar with test process, method, tools and equipment of air flow and dynamic pressure tests.
5. 具备较强的测试仿真验证的逻辑思维能力,问题处理的能力
Have strong logic thought, and trouble shooting ability at tests and simulations.
6. 具备仿真配合经典计算从而简化计算过程的能力
Have ability to unite the simulation and classic(analytical) calculation so as to simple the calculation processes.
