职位描述:
Purpose The HR Manager is responsible for all areas relating to human resources on day to day basis to support business requires. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR practices and procedures The HR Manager supervises 1-2 staffs of HR assistant and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. The HR Manager will have contact with senior-level Attorneys and the firm’s Executive Director and managers which require strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, review and improve necessary HR systems policies and procedures to support business need
Develop training & development program including new employee orientation, company mission, vision statement and technical training coordination
To ensure company policies are developed and followed by each branch offices
To help each office solve HR related issues for protecting company benefits
To ensure all HR information in each office are updated on timely basis
Compliance to relevant HR statutory requirements in China and keep good relationship with local authorities and institutions
Coordinate each office to set up resources database and update on timely basis
Salary management and employee benefit
Maintain, update and report the organization chart and employee status to management
Employee relations management
Follow up on the recruitment status to make sure to meet the manpower request
Coordinate and support operations on employee development, manpower needs and training.
To maintain the good relationship with FESCOs in each location
To ensure employee benefits and properly handled
