　　职位描述：

　　1.Lead monthly group consolidation process within deadline;

　　2.Be responsible for composing accounting manual and reinforce accounting manual year over year;

　　3.Work with regional accounting manager and coordinate accounting treatment on significant transaction.

　　4.Be responsible for research, prepare and post to accounting manual any new transactions or change in existing accounting treatment.

　　5.Be initiative for system improvement and process reengineering.

　　6.Be responsible for establishment of financial statement analytical database.

　　7.Coordinate with tax dept. to properly compute current tax provision and deferred tax.

　　8.Coordinate with external auditor on quarterly and annually basis.
