　　岗位职责：

　　1.To facilitate West manager to establish and maintain a comprehensive planned /Professional maintenance system base on equipments classification using WCM approach

　　2.Identifying and leading the utility maintenance excellence roadmap in West site.

　　3.To identify Best Practices including, but not limited to, preventive maintenance system, spare parts control, lubrication control, Maintenance database control, maintenance cost control, corrective maintenance etc, facilitate the identified best practice rolling-out .

　　4.Acting as the technical contact window to deliver the standard new technology landing plan with consolidated end User Request Standard.

　　5.Project landing

　　6.Contact people with UEns and SHE team for the process safety in new projects delivery and SHE performance step change, and set up the best standards with learning from national networking

　　7.Take the responsibility in engineering team capability building and KPI management

　　Work closely with Management in planning, developing, and implementing the comprehensive PM system.

　　8.Drive change and process improvement projects and programs with cross function team’s support.

　　9.Accountable for ensuring documentation and sustainability of completed projects.

　　10.Influence cross function team through demonstration of how better tools and processes can increase the efficiency of their work.

　　11.Develop efficient, standardized health check and PM progress ranking system to monitor the improvement progress

　　12.Identify, develop, and implement new tools and templates to improve maintenance effectiveness of department.

　　13.Develop and deliver training plans for newly developed tools and processes and incorporate these tools into existing on-boarding activities.

　　14.Benchmark (internally and externally) and reapply best practices on PM and Utility maintenance excellence

　　15.Consolidate the User Request Standard considering current best practices in North Asia Wide to be involved in the new technology projects to deliver the standard new technology installation.

　　SKILLS

　　• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt Certified or WCM Instructor or Advanced certificated.

　　• Excellent understanding of PM and Utility Maintenance Systems, Processes, Technologies.

　　• Strong leadership and influencing skills

　　COMPETENCIES

　　• Ability to lead a portfolio of projects

　　• Able to facilitate data-driven statistical approaches to problem solving; gathering and analyzing project data.

　　• Able to provide mentoring and coaching to PM and utility maintenance practitioners

　　• Able to deliver the knowledge upgrading training for Lean Production or WCM Methodologies

　　EXPERIENCE

　　• 5 years operational experience in manufacturing production or maintenance departments

　　• 5 years of equipment maintenance department leader experience, including project management, equipment management with Lean production or WCM methodology.

　　• Extensive involvement and increasing responsibility in factories and operations demonstrating leadership and influence skills

　　• Chemical and Foods Safety knowledge and experience is preferred
