　　职位描述：

　　1. Responsibilities:

　　• Stay on job site to manage all site issues in all the phases of installation, commissioning, try-out, SOP, stand-by, etc.;

　　• Responsible for all phases of site execution and making sure the site working (installation, commissioning, try-out, etc.) is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards;

　　• Day to day management of resources and progress;

　　• Coordinate all resources and stakeholders regarding site working (externally with customers’ and suppliers’ site representatives; internally with project, engineering, purchasing, quality, logistic teams);

　　• Lead the site team (supervisors, engineers, etc) for day-to-day installation planning, supervision, problem solving.

　　• Manage all supplier’s site working team through their team leaders regarding the installation method, safety regulation, sequence, timing, quality under the help of supervisors in different areas (mechanical & electrical)

　　• Holding meeting with customer regularly to show progress and next-week plan, to answer corrective requests, to process complaints by customer.

　　• Be responsible for control the safety and cleaning of job site.

　　• Weekly report to the PM, director of PM and the management the ongoing and next-to-do, major problems in the formatted excel list or PowerPoint presentation through email.

　　• Support colleagues and accepting specific responsibility for key tasks as requested;
