职位描述：
SCOPE AND SCALE OF ACTIVITIES 职责：1. Responsible for UE design of company website, front-end video player on products and backstage CMS;
负责公司网站、视频播放器前端产品、后台cms的界面的交互设计；
2. Analyze user habits and preference, research into user needs to product and improve user experience;
分析用户操作习惯和偏好，挖掘用户产品使用需求，提高用户体验；
3. Responsible for human-computer interaction design and assist product manager with product design document;
负责产品人机交互设计，协同产品经理完成产品设计文档；
4. Make interactive animation, providing nice visual support for front-end development;
制作交互动画，为前端开发提供良好的视觉支持；
5. Pay close attention to related products of competitors, improve product details from user’s viewpoint and enhance overall product usability.
关注同业竞争对手相关产品，不断从用户和细节设计的角度来进行产品的完善，提升产品整体可用性。
POSITION REQUIREMENTS 任职要求：
1. 3+ years of experience as a web or mobile UE designers, with experience in video industry and solid knowledge of visual design;
三年以上的网站UE设计经验或移动端UE设计经验，具备视频行业从业经验，对视觉设计有较强的把控能力；
2. Bachelor’s degree in design or related fields;
设计相关专业本科毕业；
3. In-depth insight to improve UX, and able to independently complete the whole interaction design;
对于用户体验提升有深入的见解，能够独立完成交互设计整体过程；
4. Proficient in Flash or other software to make simple interactive animation;
可熟练使用flash或其他交互动画制作软件，能制作简单动画效果；
5. Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
有良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力。
