1. 4-year university education from renowned universities with a bachelor degree or higher in Law.

2. Chinese bar is a must.

3. At least 2 years of experience in PE/VC-related legal disciplines, PE/VC in-house legal is preferred.

4. Experienced in IPO (including New 3rd-board listing), M&A, cross-board deal preferred, experience in crowd-funding is a PLUS.

5. Commercial sense. Analytical skills. Very organized and focus on details. Quick learning.

6.Professional English and mandarin native.

7. Proven ability to work under pressure, excellent team spirit and time-management skill.
