Job description
1)Responsible for inquiry, project management, cost control, price negotiation and purchasing order follow-up, etc;
2)Evaluate, preserve and develop current suppliers by means of company supplier management tools;
3)Introduce new suitable suppliers in order to meet special market requirements and increase company's competence;
4)Follow up technical discussion with suppliers concerning new products, pointing out the commercial aspects during the discussions
5)Negotiate with suppliers in order to get optimal price level, better delivery and better quality
6)New supplier Introduction, analyses the information and select potential supplier
7) Contract handling, by using certain economic and legal knowledge to sign the favorable supply contract and follow-up
Experience requirements
1)University education background, major in Mechanical or related;
2)Essential project management experience;
3)Above 5 years work experience in sourcing or project area in foreign-invested manufacturing company;
4)Good negotiation skill;
5)Technical background, product knowledge is necessary;
6)Good English both oral and written;
7)Necessary office software skill.
