Title: China Recruitment Manager
Report to: China HRD
Direct sub: 0
Dotted Sub: 4
Main Responsibilities:
- Recruitment channel evaluation and development;
- Employer branding promotion;
- Responsible for interview assessment tool development and implementation;
- Responsible for HQ Mgr/Staff recruitment mgmt;
- Support HQ line mgr to define proper JD;
- Generate recruitment report and track the progress;
- Develop campus recruitment as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience;
- 7 years + relevant experience in multinational companies;
- Experience and knowledge of professional recruitment;
- Fluent English;
- Customer orientation.
