职位描述：
Main Duties:
1) Plan and budgeting capital investment to meet fast growth of ETM BU.
2) Plan and budgeting production human resource to fulfill the fast growth of the production needs and outside installation service.
3) Leading the production line to improve all production KPIs. Including efficiency, FTPR, WO OTD, Capacity, direct labor planning and training etc to meet fast growth of the business.
4) Managing and encouraging production people. Organize production shifts.
5) Take care of all needs on equipment, fixture and MRO to fulfill the daily production needs and continuously improve the efficiency of the operation.
6) Be involved in the NPI process to realize the new designed product production and new transferred products manufacturing locally.
Requirements:
1) Must have background on machining, mechanical or automation engineering.
2) At least 10 years working experiences in mechanical assembly products manufacturing or machining area. And have some knowledge of welding.
3) Has at least 3 years production managing experience with leading 50~100 people production team.
4) High quality sense and Lean manufacturing concept with knowing some Lean tools.
5) Ability to work in a fast pace, having results and deadline driven sense.
6) Showing good leadership and good coordination skill during problem solving across functional departments.
7) Good English in verbal, reading and writing.
