　　职位描述：

　　Major Job Responsibilities：

　　1. Develop manufacturing testing process for automotive electronics products (Navigation, Cluster, Body Security Control Module, Active safety module, Powertrain ECU…)

　　2. Drive ME/EE/SW design to meet manufacturing testability requirement in product design phase, include product testability definition, verification and trouble shooting

　　3. Plan, budget, and design manufacturing test hardware (PXI, IPC and fixture...) and software (Teststand, LabVIEW, LabWindows CVI) to ensure test coverage and quality with effective cost.

　　4. Standardize and document manufacturing test process, hardware and software specification

　　5. Install manufacturing test software/hardware in plant and support Design/Process validation build

　　6. Analyze test data to verify and validate manufacturing testing process capability (MSA, Cpk…)

　　7. Well cooperate with launch team in plant for new project introduction.

　　Requirement:

　　1. B.S. or M.S. Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical

　　2. With at least 2 years of electronic product test engineering working experience

　　3. Experience in below products Functional test solution design and implementation including

　　Entertainment & Communication Product

　　- Navigation ( GPS, TV, Radio receiver, IR model)

　　- Audio (Amplifier, Acoustic performance)

　　- Video (Playback performance, Display quality check)

　　- Cluster (Display quality check)Control module

　　- Engine control module

　　- Body security control module

　　- Safety control module

　　4. Experience in below test hardware and software platform including

　　- Familiar with National Instrument test system (PXI/PCI system), have experience in Functional test system design and setup

　　- Familiar with National Instrument software (LabwindowsCVI, Teststand), have experience in writting test software and debugging

　　- Familiar with “C” coding

　　5. Familiar with automotive communication protocol including (CAN, LIN, Keyword, MOST…) and instrument protocol (GPIB, UART, LAN…)

　　6. Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required

　　7. Good multi-task and project planning skill is required

　　8. With positive people interface attitude is required

　　9. Experienced in the manufacturing test development is preferred

　　10. Good understanding of automotive and consumer electronics products is preferred
