Position: CPU/L2 Design Engineer
Location: Shanghai

Job description：
The key responsibilities of this role will be:
- Responsible for the Real time CPU software design, simulation and maintenance in Wireless system.
- Carry out the assigned tasks and report progress to project manager.
- Coding, verification, and test on board.
- If demanded, participate in LTE modem integration and system integration.
- Solve troubles in product development, lab test and field test.

Qualifications：
1. Education background: Bachelor or above. Major in: telecommunication, electronic engineering, computer science, software engineering or related.
2. Specific Skills, knowledge and competencies:
- 2+ / 5+ working years with strong Linux/Unix or Vxworks, C/C++ programming experiences. UCM clear case operation is Must.
- Following background will be a plus: GSM, WCDMA, WiMax, LTE or OFDM product development experience, with strong Scheduler knowledge, and Radio Resource Management (MAC/RLC) algorithm development & validation experience
- Following background will be a plus: Experience in L1 layer or device driver / BSP programming is preferred, and experience in kernel debugging of real time OS is preferred.
 Language ability: English, good in both written and oral
3. General competencies:
- Strong communication skill. Fluent in Chinese and English
- Highly responsible, self-motivated and autonomous at work
- Good team work spirit and willing to contribute to the team’s success
- Capable of managing changes and multi-tasks during the development phase
- Basic knowledge of Wireless system (UMTS, GSM, CDMA, LTE etc) architecture
4. Language Ability: Fluent in both oral and written English
