Power supply design

Location: Nanjing

Job Description:

Suitable candidate will work in an international context and interact with worldwide Alcatel-Lucent R&D centers. The key responsibilities of this role will be:

1. Participate in wireless RRU system power design.
2. Circuit design and layout.
3. Circuit debug and test.
4. Support other related product teams’ requirement.

Background/Experience Required:

1. Education: Master, major in Power electronics related areas.
2. Experience: more than 3 years related experience on power design.
3. Be good at high efficiency DC/DC and POL solution.
4. Can accomplish the project independently.
5. Good experience on EMC debug.
6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with power system debugging skills.

Personal skills:

1. Accountable, self-motivated and autonomous at work.
2. Good communication skills and team work spirit.
3. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
4. Capability to adapt rapidly in a challenging job environment.

Optional:
• Experience on the power design on wireless production is highly desired
