Accountabilities:
1. Under the leadership of the CF Director, responsible fordesigns, develops and implements Muralla insurance claim services. Ensures regulatory compliance with CIRC
2. Developclaim processes, standards and tools to meet strategic requirements of Muralla
3. Grant authorizations to settle claims based on product sold and be a part of the product management of Muralla’s business
4. Create automated claim reporting and handling model and system to maximal mechanization of claim handling
5. Define analytic methods and tools to monitorclaim frequency, severity, case reserving, fraud detection, subrogation and customer satisfaction
6. Select and manage claim suppliers and vendors
7. Audit claim files, suppliers and vendors to evaluate performance
8. Make corrective actions to improve claim and commercial results
Technical Qualifications & Experience:
• Motor claim experience in Shandong
• Skilled in claim management -- automation, adjusting, reserving, fraud detection and subrogation
• Strong knowledge in online, mobile, price comparisons, affinity and social media distribution customer claim behaviours
• Experience in defining and designing automated claim system to support efficient claim handling
• Managed team and external service providers to deliver claim and commercial results
• 10 years motor claim experience
• 5 years management experience
• College degree
