1、根据相关的产品图纸，确定电镀产品作业指导书，如电镀电流，线速度，包装等
2、配合维修工程师调整电镀夹具和工具
3、维护和提高处理能力，降低电镀风险，缺陷分析和解决问题
4、优质的团队为客户解决compaint工作，与QE实施内部审计
5、持续改进精益生产技术的应用
6、对贵金属的消费量进行预测，对消费趋势进行监测，并处理异常问题，确保贵金属的使用安全
7、设置BOM中的原材料消耗
教育，技术资格及经验：
工程专业学士学位或同等学历
5年以上相关卷盘经验

Plating Process Engineer
Develop and implement plating process for new sample pilot run accroding to the process drawing, work with QE together to ensure the product quality meet customers and internal standards, collectting process data and make action plan with relevant team member to do the defect analysis
Procedures
Follow plating department policies and procedures, and provide working instruction for plating employees and ensure section 
employees fully compliance with corporate policies
Coordinator
1.Work with project transfer team/ prodcut engineer/plating operatrion team to coordinate the sample pilot run
2.Organize and implement work instruction training
3.Take part in the internal audit, prepare the action plans and take the actions 

Process Control:
1.Accroding the related product drawing to define plating products work instruction, such as plating current, line speed
package and so on.
2.Coordinate with maintenance engineer to adjust the plating jigs and tools.
3.Maintain and improve processes capability to reduce the plating risk, defect analysis and problem solving
4.Work with quality team to solve customer compaint, and implement internal audit with QE
5.Continuous improvement through the application of lean manufacturing techniques
6.Define the forecast of precious metal consumption, monitor the consumption trend and deal with exceptional issues in 

order to ensure the safety for precious metal usage.
7.Setup the raw material consumable in BOM


Education, Technical Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering;
5 years or above related reel to reel plating experience;
Preventative attitude and quick response; 
Highly focused on results and objectives"
