Job Responsibilities
-Be responsible for all quality functions, including quality planning, production quality, supplier quality, customer service quality, quality audit, quality related project, etc
-Manage the whole quality department and employee development
-Perform other duties assigned by Segment Manager
-Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality
-Support and take initiatives on Lean
Qualification Requirements
-Bachelor degree or above, technical background education
-At least 5 years ‘related working experience in auto manufacturing industry, including at least 3 years managerial position experiences
-Fluent oral and written English for communication with customers, Schaeffer worldwide and suppliers
-Strong personality and powers of fascination
-Rich knowledge of quality management system international standards and common customer quality requirements (PPAP, APQP, VDA…)
-Analytical thinking, self initiative, capable of taking decisions, capable of working under pressure, ability of communication, prioritization and coordination.
-Broad and extensive QM/QS experiences
-Abundant experiences of manufacturing technologies
-Preferential backgrounds of working experiences in related industry (OEMs / Auto Parts / etc)
