岗位职责:
1. Responsible for all procurement method and procedures including enquiring, buying, quality assurance, delivery etc.
负责采购方法及流程的制订,包括询价、采购、质量保障、交期等;
2. Responsible for producing a procurement plan for each project in accordance with project program and time tables.
负责根据项目的计划和时间表制订采购方案;
3. Attend projects kick-off meeting and have a good purchase control for projects; attend project review meeting and support to solve related open issues; provide proposal in supplier selection & cost & delivery issue at the bidding stage if needed.
参加项目启动会议,并有一个良好的采购控制;参加项目审查会议,以解决悬而未决的相关问题。如果需要,在招投标阶段提供关于项目的供应商选择、成本、交货期等方面的建议;
4. Responsible for supplier exploitation, appraisal, purchase, acceptance etc. Evaluate, overal review price and past perfornace of each supplier and manage supplier databases.
负责供应商开发、评估、采购、验收等。 评估、审核供应商的价格和以往表现,管理供应商信息。
5. Material tracking support after purchse order is released; keep the project going on with timely delivery and good quality requirements; coordinate quality issues with suppliers.
采购订单的跟踪,确保采购质量和时间,以满足项目需要;对不符合质量要求的材料,进行相应处理;
6. Be familiar with supply channel and market condition of material. Make purchase according to plan and ensure timely supply of material.
熟悉各种材料的供应渠道和市场变化情况,按照采购计划采购,确保公司所需材料的及时供应;
7. Be familiar with company’s products and manufacturing process.
熟练掌握公司产品及其制造工艺;
8. Cost control and exploit potential suppliers. Set up and carry out supplier appraisal system.
控制采购成本,开拓潜在供应商资源,建立、执行供应商评估体系;
9. Be responsible of Invoice and payment related issue.
负责发票及付款相关事宜;
10. Arrangement and achieve purchase and shipment related documents.
及时整理各项目采购和运输过程中的各种文件,存档备案;
11. Other work assigned by GM.
总经理分配的其他工作。
任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree with major in Mechanical manufacturing/Business or related.
本科及以上学历,机械制造、经济类相关专业;
2. Minimum of 5 years purchase experience and 3 years related purchase experience (eg. principle, techniques, procedure) in related industry.
至少5年以上相关采购经验和3年以上相关采购经验(如原则、方法、程序等);
3. Clear & Strategic thinking, good at organizing and evaluating information. patient, higher work efficiency under pressure with multitask.
思路清晰,很好的组织及分析能力。有耐心,在压力下能很好地多任务工作;
4. Strong communication & negotiation & interpersonal skills.
很强的沟通协调、商务谈判、与人合作能力;
5. Act on own initiate, high moviated, high responsibility, reliable.
