职位描述:
Summary: To manage R&D purchasing activities, supply management and total cost management.
1. Own R&D purchasing policy and SOP.
2. Own R&D purchasing commodity strategy and implementation.
3. Define and implement category sourcing strategy to seek continuous improvement.
4. Drive purchase model and process improvement with cross function team.
5. Manage procurement activities to strictly follow company's policy and ensure 100% compliance.
6. Keep good relationship with stakeholders and PSM organization in plants and offices.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in business or related field of study required and at least 5 years of experience in purchasing; Master degree at least 3-year experience .
2. Ability to manage multiple projects;
3. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate strong business acumen;
4. “Integrity” is highly desirable while dealing with people within the organization and suppliers.
