　　职位描述：

　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

　　? Manage Quality department routine business, arrange sources to operate quality department smoothly and efficiently.

　　? Define department strategy and quality objectives, monitor the process.

　　? Manage the Plant Quality System in accordance with the company quality policy and regulations. Implementing, sustaining, promoting, monitoring and improving Company GMP standard in the plant.

　　? Assist top management to maintain and improve the operation of overall quality system.

　　? Supervise department employee performance. Coach and mentor department employee to deliver excellence to each internal and external customer.

　　? Develop and optimize department organization to ensure to support plant operation.

　　? Keep close collaboration with SGE/production department for setting up acceptance criteria, designing inspection, testing plan and other procedure.

　　? Periodically review quality performance, assure the procedures and work instructions are efficient and not redundant to drive continuous quality improvement.

　　? Report quality results to all relevant parties and maintain quality records/documentation.

　　? Communicate with internal and external parties.
