　　职位描述：

　　• Support the HR functions independently, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll

　　• Process the daily C&B operations including payroll, retirement schemes, leave management, benefits administration and tax filing

　　• Participate in HR projects including planning & budgeting, job grading & benchmarking and salary reviews

　　• Support the implementation and upholding of HR policies in line with government regulations and Group requirements

　　• Provide professional HR service and sound advice to internal customers in areas of policy compliance and other HR matters.
