Position：Wireless Test Engineer
Location: Shanghai

Job description：
The key responsibilities of this role will be:
- LTE/Small Cell/GSM feature verification on system level or Subsystem (RLC/MAC) level to make sure the delivery quality of features.
- Analyze feature requirements and technicalspecifications, Write test specifications including test plan, test cases, test reports.
- Automate and execute test cases, analyze test results, co-operate with developer on the bug fix, Report test results on schedule.
- Follow Quality Process: find, characterize, track and verify defects. Provide detail log to design team if needed.
- Provide Technical support to downstream teams in case of feature issues/questions.
- Responsible for Lab design/maintenance to support all user teams (Eg. develop, test …)

Qualifications:
1. Education background: Bachelor or above. Major in: telecommunication, electronic engineering, computer science, software engineering or related
2. Specific Skills, knowledge and competencies:
- Above 3 years integration test experience on GSM, WCDMA/TD-SCDMA, LTE etc related access network or core network products.Test experiences on LTE is plus.
- Knowledge of 3G/4G wireless system architecture and protocols is a must.
- Knowledge on Linux OS, TCP/IP, SCTP, TIPC, DHCP/NTP and other network protocols is preferred.
- Automatic test script writing experience is preferred.
- Knowledge on Web/DB/APP is preferred
